Offline Marketing & Activations
We are looking for a hands-on, execution driven Offline Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of all offline brand, trade, and consumer-facing activities. This person will be responsible for delivering high-impact offline experiences that generate visibility, leads, and brand recall.
Required Skills
- 7 years of experience in pure offline marketing, trade activations, event execution, or similar
roles. - Demonstrated experience in managing multiple offline campaigns/events from start to finish.
- Strong project management, budgeting, vendor coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and work on-ground with vendors, sales teams, and partners.
- Proactive, street-smart, and detail-oriented with a passion for field execution.
- Excellent oral and written communication (English + regional language preferred).
- Basic working knowledge of Excel, Google Slides, and event reporting tools.
Nice-to-Have
• Background in FMCG, F&B, beverages, appliances, or vending businesses.
• Understanding of consumer behavior in HoReCa or institutional channels.
• Experience with Tier 2 city activations.
