P.S. Jayakumar is a highly respected financial services leader with over 30 years of experience in banking, entrepreneurship, and corporate governance. As the former MD & CEO of Bank of Baroda, he led one of India’s largest banking transformations, including a landmark three-way merger. He also held senior roles at Citibank across India and Asia, and co-founded ventures in affordable housing finance. Currently, he serves as an independent director on the boards of multiple top-tier companies. His presence on our advisory board reflects a shared belief in scalable, future-ready business models.

Professor A.V. Ramani is a distinguished chemical engineer with notable contributions to biomedical innovation and materials science. Best known for co-developing one of Asia’s first affordable artificial heart valves, his work has impacted thousands of lives. He has taught metallurgy at IIT Madras and worked at National Aeronautical Laboratories (NAL), contributing to high-precision processes and medical device engineering. His advisory role adds depth to our commitment to thoughtful engineering and socially impactful technology.

An architect-turned-entrepreneur, Mr. Gowri Shankar Duraisamy leads the vision and strategy at Boatload Minds. His deep exposure to the HoReCa sector through his café chain Coffee Tea and More (est. 2014) gave him valuable insights into consumer needs(pain of the hoteliers, cafe owner) , service workflows, and quality delivery. Spotting a gap in consistent, scalable beverage service, he conceptualized DIT'O—a beverage automation platform that fuses traditional Indian flavors with smart technology. His strength in product design and user experience continues to guide the company’s innovation journey.

Mr. Chandrakanth Ramalingam is a core pillar of the Ramalingam Group’s growth journey entrepreneur. As the Founder and CEO of NSURE Energy, he is spearheading a major Lithium-Ion cell manufacturing project in Karnataka—one of India’s ambitious clean-tech ventures. With a civil engineering background and multiple directorships across group companies, he combines technical depth with futuristic thinking in energy and infrastructure development.

Her structured thinking and sharp execution have been instrumental in positioning DIT'O as a reliable, scalable solution in the beverage automation space. She continues to steer the company with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and long-term growth.
