1. About Us

Boatload Minds Private Limited operates the DIT'O platform - an IoT-enabled automated machine system dispensing authentic South Indian filter coffee and tea, along with a direct-to-consumer FMCG store selling filter coffee decoction and related products. The Website serves two categories of users: (a) retail/FMCG customers purchasing products through the public storefront, and (b) machine customers (HoReCa and corporate clients) accessing a gated portal to order consumables for their DIT'O machines.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order or create an account on this Website.
  • Minors may browse the Website only under parental or guardian supervision and may not independently place orders or create accounts.
  • By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you meet the above eligibility requirements.

3. Use of Website

  • This Website is intended for lawful personal and commercial use only.
  • You may not use this Website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on any third party's rights, or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Website or its servers.
  • Unauthorised data scraping, automated querying, crawling, or harvesting of content from this Website is strictly prohibited.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, other accounts, or systems connected to the Website.

4. Machine Customer Accounts

  • Machine customer accounts are provisioned exclusively by Boatload Minds staff. You do not self-register.
  • Account access, approved product catalogues, and consumable ordering permissions are governed by your commercial agreement with Boatload Minds.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at care@pourdito.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate machine customer account access at any time, including upon termination of the underlying commercial agreement.

5. Product Information

  • DIT'O sells South Indian filter coffee decoction, tea bags, premixes, and related accessories and consumables through its online store.
  • Our food products are manufactured and sold in compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. FSSAI Licence No.: 22425557000458.
  • Product images and descriptions are for reference purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing, packaging, or display differences.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information but do not warrant that descriptions, ingredients, or nutritional information are error-free. If you have specific dietary, allergy, or health concerns, please contact us before purchasing.
  • Products are intended for consumption within the shelf life printed on the packaging. Please store and consume as per the instructions on the product label.

6. Pricing

  • All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless expressly stated otherwise. Where taxes are shown separately, they will be added at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing the order.
  • In the event of a pricing error on the Website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you accordingly. A full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email upon successful payment.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets, through our authorised payment gateway partners.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment.
  • In the event of an order cancellation initiated by us, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
