REFUND, RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping & Delivery
• Orders placed on the DIT’O online store are generally dispatched within 3-4
working days after receipt of payment.
• Products are shipped via reputed courier partners with tracking details shared
once dispatched.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on customer location and courier partner
operations but shall not exceed 7 working days from the order date.
• Courier deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday (9 AM - 5 PM)
excluding public holidays.
• Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control such as
weather conditions, strikes, or logistical disruptions.
Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges include handling, packing, and courier costs.
• Charges may vary based on order value, weight, or delivery location.
• Orders placed separately cannot be clubbed together and will attract separate
shipping charges.
Payments
We support the following payment modes:
• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• UPI
• Wallets
Returns & Exchanges
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the delivered product is damaged or
defective.
• Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as delivered.
• Exchanges are permitted only for the same product.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must email Care@pourdito.com with:
• Order number
• Description of issue
• Clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective product
Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 48 working hours.
Return Shipping
• Returns must be shipped by the customer after approval.
• DIT’O does not provide doorstep pickup.
• Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of returned products.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business
days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations
• Orders cannot be cancelled once it is placed and paid for.
